i won't lie, today was a little tough! if one looks at the terrain profile it looks like a very erratic heartbeat. lots of ups and downs. i felt very slow today for some reason. although, i did take advantage of the intermittent sunshine to soak up some much needed vitamin d. ;) 21.5mi from stony brook to thistle hill shelter. 1727.4 total.
